Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY
We send orders via Royal Mail. If the order is a large wholesale then we can send via courier if requested.

We generally take 1-3 days to process and send out orders.

Orders are sent out Standard post 1st and 2nd class. Please note that royal mail delivery times are not always guaranteed and sometimes there are delays, especially during busy periods and COVID peaks.

Please remember that my processing times and royal mail delivery times are completely separate.

RETURNS

We do accept returns on orders.

The items need to be unopened and of course unused. We ask you contact us at tylerandskye@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery and let us known your name, order number and of course your reason for wanting to return.

We may ask for photo evidence in certain circumstances. 

If the return is down to an error on our side, i.e - Sent you the wrong items, then we will cover the shipping costs.

If the return in down to something other than OUR error, then you are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the items back in their original state, we will process your refund.
